From engraving a signet to a ring drawn for one person. Here is what we can do, what it costs in time, and how it works.
What we can make
Engraving 2 to 3 weeks
Initials, dates or a short word, engraved by hand on signets, medallions and bands. Free, 2 to 3 weeks.
Stone and metal changes 3 to 5 weeks
A collection design in another gold color or karat, or with a different stone we source for you.
Engagement and wedding rings 4 to 8 weeks
Compare diamonds and sapphires in the studio, then choose the setting and band.
New designs 6 to 10 weeks
A piece drawn for you by Vera, from a first conversation to the finished jewel.
Resetting your stone 4 to 8 weeks
A family stone moved into a new setting, after our gemologist checks it is sound.
Resizing 1 to 2 weeks
One free resize within 60 days on plain bands and solitaires. At cost after that.
What can and cannot be changed
We would rather tell you now than halfway through. If something is not on either list, ask.
- Metal color and karat on most collection pieces
- Ring size, chain length and bracelet length
- Stone type, shape and size within what a setting can hold safely
- Engraving on signets, medallions and the inside of bands
- Plating, vermeil or silver: we only work in solid 14k and 18k gold
- Resizing full eternity or stacked settings
- Copies of another jeweler's signature designs
- Stones our gemologist judges unsafe to set

Discuss the concept
A call or studio visit to talk through design, metal, stones and how it will be worn.
Receive an estimate and timeline
A written price range and schedule, with sketches for new designs.
Approve the design
You sign off the final drawing, metal, stones and measurements before anything is made.
Confirm the order
Bespoke work starts with a 50% deposit. The balance is due before delivery.
Follow the making
Photos at casting, setting and polishing, so you see it come together.
Delivery or collection
Insured delivery, or collect it from the studio and we will size it on you.
