We keep order records for as long as needed to support your piece under warranty and to meet tax and accounting requirements, generally up to 7 years. Inquiry and appointment records are kept for up to 2 years after our last contact. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form for up to 26 months.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
