Return window
You can return ready-to-wear pieces within 30 days of the delivery date shown in tracking. To qualify, a piece must be unworn, undamaged and returned in its original packaging, including the box, pouch and care card, and any grading report.
How to start a return
- Email care@verafinejewelry.store with your order number and the pieces you are returning.
- We send you a free, insured return label for addresses in the US.
- Pack the piece securely in its original packaging and drop the parcel with the carrier.
- Keep the tracking receipt until your return is confirmed.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we inspect it. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receipt. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show the credit.
Exchanges
You can exchange an unworn ready-to-wear piece for a different size, metal or design within 30 days of delivery. If the new piece costs more, we charge the difference. If it costs less, we refund the difference to your original payment method.
Final sale pieces
Pieces made or altered for you cannot be resold, so they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

Ring resizing
Eligible rings, meaning plain bands and solitaires, include one free resize within 60 days of delivery. Full eternity rings and stacked settings are not eligible. After 60 days, or for a second resize, we resize at cost.
Faulty pieces
If a piece arrives faulty or develops a manufacturing defect within 2 years of purchase, contact us. We will repair or replace it under our warranty at no cost, including final sale pieces. Damage from accidents, wear or alterations made elsewhere is not covered, but we can repair it at cost.
